Researched on automating composite manufacturing, utilizing industrial robots from KUKA, Epson. Wrote robot code and created a Matlab HMI for KUKA iiwa 7-Degree of Freedom robot, for the optimum layup of pre-preg carbon fiber.


Mechanical Engineer I | Mar 2018 – May 2018

  • Led a team of 4 operators to conduct mechanical Design Verification Testing (DVT) of hard-drives.

  • Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA): Identified resonant modes through Modal Analysis, utilizing a laser vibrometer. Analyzed hard-drive disk collision failures under shock tests, using a high-speed camera.

  • Engineered a fixture solution, co-invented a centrifuge and homogenizer for a mechatronic system for mesenchymal stem cell harvesting, collaborating with students from diverse engineering backgrounds.
